About Our Clubs

Why Join a Club?

We would love for you to join one of our clubs. Here are some of the many benefits for our student club members:

  • A safe space to discuss personal experiences with depression, stress, anxiety, or other issues relating to your mental health.
  • Lessons to improve mental health and civic engagement within your community.
  • Up to 100 hours of volunteer service a year to destigmatize mental health within your own community.
  • Possible letters of recommendation for college or future employment.

Clubs follow a 6 month program (22 weeks with breaks taken into account). The guide for clubs is located here.

11 Weeks of Advocacy Education

After completing the first 11 weeks of awareness, students move onto the second 11 weeks of advocacy. Again, activities, topics of discussion, and education each week revolve around that week's theme.
